Customer Account

Automated Order Management System helps to effectively manage and structure your orders.

Standing Orders

Allow your customers the flexibility to place a one-time order or repeat orders as weekly/fortnightly or give your customer the chance to select multiple dates on the calendar to get the same order on specifically selected dates. Standing Orders will be automatically generated and could also be paused or stopped by customer or admin. Pricing for upcoming orders are updated and cost is charged as per current pricing.

Orders by Zones

Orders are received based on postcode and zone. Zones help Admin to easily manage and process orders.

Edit/Reschedule Orders

Both customers and admin are able to edit or reschedule orders before the set cut off time, providing your customers the convenience and complete freedom for last minute changes while saving you some time as well.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Order (PO) function is the heart of our system. Admin can generate a Purchase Order for all orders for a given date. Your PO will count all products based on their units and collate them to give you the ‘carton value’ required to fulfil those orders. PO can also count the products in Boxes, Recipes and Bundles to be able to ( distinctively advise on the exact quantity required. PO will also show your current inventory stock levels and the respective supplier for each product. Admin can easily send the required lists to all suppliers with just one simple click. Admin also has the capability to have separate PO for Wholesale and Retail customers.

Payments

Manage and schedule all payments through Admin. Provide your customers with multiple payment options: Payment Gateway, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, process Credit Cards over the phone, and send Invoice with Pay Now button. With your customers segmented, you can also set credit accounts with 7 days, 15 days or 30 days payment after delivery day for your wholesale customers. System will advise you and your customer when the invoice is due.

Zones

Runs

Be able to select orders and assign them delivery runs, which can be created simultaneously by defining a driver, a vehicle, etc. After assigning orders to these delivery runs, the automated ‘Routing’ of orders will help to sequence each order for packing and delivery.

Packing
